Our coaches have extensive coaching training and many years of professional experience as managers or entrepreneurs. Coaching sessions take place confidentially in our offices, at your company, by telephone, or via Skype/Zoom.
Supra-regional coaching
Of course, face-to-face interaction, coffee breaks, and even handshakes cannot be replaced by online meetings. However, we quickly discovered new opportunities and possibilities here, too. The whiteboard now appears on a graphics tablet, and meetings can be recorded and documented using AI if necessary.
Cross-regional coaching without long travel times is becoming more commonplace. Video conferencing also offers entirely new opportunities in coaching. With over 4000 coaching sessions under our belt, we have specialized in the fields of business/career and business start-ups.
Institute for Happiness & Leadership
Together with the qualified psychologist Hedda Janssen and the management trainer Barbara Hölscher-Busam, we form the Institute for Happiness and Leadership.
Here we also offer seminars and online seminars on mission and vision, leadership, self-management and stress management.
